The wind circulation of the passing and approaching downgraded Typhoon HAIMA (LAWIN) will bring Tropical Storm Force Winds to Typhoon-Force Winds gusting from 75 to 100 kph, 100-130 kph, and 130 kph or more — across Cagayan and Isabela Provinces, Camiguin Is., Babuyan, Calayan and Batanes Island Group, Apayao , Ilocos provinces including some portions of Central Luzon beginning Thursday early morning (Oct 20) until afternoon. Hence, the VIOLET, RED and ORANGE Wind Alerts (Severe Weather Warnings) have been hoisted along these areas.
Rain or Wind Alert update will be automatically terminated if the weather system is no longer expected to bring more severe weather conditions.
