Strong winds associated with Typhoon Mangkhut (OMPONG) has finally receded and will no longer bring blustery to extreme wind conditions and Moderate to High seas (3.0 to 6.0 m) across Batanes and Babuyan Island Group, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Isabela, Ifugao, Benguet, Nva. Vizcaya, Nva. Ecija, Quirino, Aurora, Pangasinan, Zambales and Tarlac. Hence, the ORANGE, RED, & VIOLET (Severe Weather Warnings) previously hoisted are now terminated.
