Wind Alert Update #004 (As of 5:15 PM Mon July 31, 2017) [FINAL]

The combined effects of Tropical Storm HAITANG (HUANING) and strong surge of Southwest Monsoon (HABAGAT) has finally receded and will no longer bring gale to violent storm winds of 71 to 110 kph with significant wave heights of 7.5 to 11.5 m (high to very high) along the areas of Northern Ilocos Norte, Batanes Group of Islands, and Babuyan Group of Islands. Hence, the ORANGE Wind Alert (Severe Weather Warning) previously hoisted across these areas are now terminated.
