SURFACE TROUGH bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across WESTERN VISAYAS, WESTERN MINDANAO, EASTERN PALAWAN, AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

Meanwhile, a SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW (SOUTHWESTERLIES) will bring breezy conditions with clear, sunny to partly cloudy skies with some chances of isolated light rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP AND THE COASTAL AND OFFSHORE AREAS OF ILOCOS NORTE.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear, dry to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

*Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.

**There are no developing Tropical Disturbance (LPAs) across the Western Pacific Ocean and the Tropical Philippine Sea at this time.
