Warm EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADE WINDS) continuing across BICOL REGION AND EASTERN VISAYAS. It will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm especially later in the day.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH (formerly LPA 94W) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm across REST OF VISAYAS, MINDANAO, PALAWAN, AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear, dry to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

*Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
