EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Trade Winds) will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON including BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
