WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 7pm November 13 until 7pm November 14, 2019

The NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) resurging across BATANES – BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, rest of NORTHERN LUZON, EASTERN LUZON and the BICOL REGION, wherein partly cloudy to cloudy skies, cooler conditions with occasional drizzles, light to widespread moderate rain showers can be expected in the mentioned areas. Fresh breeze to Gale-force winds of 35 to 70 km/hr will blow along these areas, making the sea conditions moderate up to high sea state, and is dangerous to all types of sea vessels to navigate on.

As of 5:00 PM today, Tropical Depression RAMON was moving West-northwestward, but is now on a Northwestward track off the East Philippine Sea and was last seen at about 464 km W of Sorsogon City, Sorsogon (13.0N 128.3.0E), with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
