A SURFACE TROUGH stretches from KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG), well into NORTHERN PALAWAN, SOUTHERN TAGALOG, BICOL REGION & NORTHERN VISAYAS, bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies (overcast) with light to at times moderate rain showers and thunderstorms through tomorrow.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to partly cloudy with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in during the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
