Warm EASTERLIES (Easterly Trade Winds) is bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON, NCR, MIMAROPA, BICOL, VISAYAS, NORTHERN & EASTERN MINDANAO REGION.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH brings partly to mostly cloudy periods with occasional rain showers or thunderstorms in SOUTHERN PALAWAN & THE KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to partly cloudy skies, with isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in places.
