SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will continue to bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers across the ILOCOS NORTE, ILOCOS SUR, BATANES & BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS.

Meanwhile, a SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with scattered to occasional rain showers or thunderstorms across the REST OF WESTERN LUZON and OCCIDENTAL MINDORO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will be clear to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
