SURFACE TROUGH will continue to bring mostly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across the BICOL REGION, VISAYAS and WESTERN MINDANAO.

THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have Fair Weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas mostly in the afternoon or evening.
