INTERTROPICAL CONVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) oscillating across VISAYAS, MiMaRoPa, PARTS of SOUTHERN LUZON including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP ~ bringing  mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening in some areas.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
