WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 4pm February 13 until 4pm February 14, 2020

Warm EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADE WIND) is sweeping across BATANES & BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, NORTHERN LUZON, CENTRAL LUZON & EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN TAGALOG REGION, including METROPOLITAN MANILA, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS & NORTHERN MINDANAO, bringing occasional light to moderate rain shower or thunderstorm.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH is bringing persistent line of cloud cover which may give rise to the development of isolated to scattered light to moderate rain shower or thunderstorm in SOUTHERN MINDANAO and the SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies with partly cloudy and some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
