WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 3pm September 13 until 3pm September 14, 2017

The MONSOON TROUGH from TROPICAL STORM DOKSURI (MARING) and a diminishing SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will bring cloudy skies with scattered to widespread moderate rains or thunderstorms across NORTHERN LUZON, EASTERN VISAYAS and NORTHERN MINDANAO.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
