TROUGH and RAINBANDS of TROPICAL DEPRESSION MARING (20W) and the SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will bring cloudy skies with scattered to widespread moderate to at times torrential rains or thunderstorms across LUZON and SOUTHERN TAGALOG.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
