MONSOON TROUGH is bringing some cloud cover to overcast skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across CENTRAL & EASTERN LUZON including the BICOL REGION.
SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) continues to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers or thunderstorms across the Western section of NORTHERN & CENTRAL LUZON, METROPOLITAN MANILA, PALAWAN, including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP. The winds will be moderate to near gale force (30-65 km/hr), with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 5.5 meters) and risky for all types of sea vessels to navigate on.
WESTERLIES (Westerly Surface Windflow) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, breezy with isolated to scattered light rain showers rain showers and thunderstorms across CENTRAL & EASTERN VISAYAS, including EASTERN & SOUTHERN MINDANAO.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will remain rather cloudy to overcast with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
