TYPHOON TEMBIN (VINTA) upgraded from SEVERE TROPICAL STORM is now moving away from the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). It was located near 332 km SSW of PAGASA ISLAND, PALAWAN bringing mostly cloudy skies with moderate to at times heavy rains across KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
