The EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADE WIND) has returned bringing warm and humid conditions across the EASTERN sections of LUZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN & CENTRAL VISAYAS including NORTHERN MINDANAO where passing light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms can be expected. Elsewhere, partly cloudy skies is prevailing with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later .

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
