WIND CONVERGENCE has developed across SOUTHERN TAGALOG, EASTERN LUZON including parts of NORTHERN VISAYAS bringing partly to mostly cloudy periods and some light scattering of rain showers and thunderstorms.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have some cloud cover and the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
