WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 2pm December 11 until 2pm December 12, 2017

NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) continue to prevail bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies and cool weather conditions with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers and possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON, NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN & NORTHERN VISAYAS, PALAWAN including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). Fresh to strong breeze (30-55 kph) will blow, making the seas moderate to very rough (2.0 to 4.5 meters) and dangerous to all types of sea vessels.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
