NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) is prevailing, bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies, cooler conditions with occasional light to moderate rain showers or thunderstorm across BATANES – BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, rest of LUZON including METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, SOUTHERN TAGALOG REGION, MIMRAROPA, VISAYAS & the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
