NORTHEAST MONSOON (Amihan) will continue to bring cooler conditions with partly to mostly cloudy skies with occasional drizzles to light rainshowers and possible thunderstorms across SOUTHERN QUEZON, BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, and NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.  Fresh to strong breeze of 30 to 50 km/hr will be expected along the SEABOARDS of SOUTHERN LUZON, VISAYAS & NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO making the seas moderate to rough (2.0 to 4.0 meters) and risky for both small and medium-sized sea vessels.

THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
