The SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) has slowed down while it continues to bring some cloud cover with scattering of light rain showers or thunderstorms across SOUTHERN PALAWAN and the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have bright conditions with the possibility of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
