As of 11:00 AM today, TROPICAL DEPRESSION 30W (SALOME) was last seen at about 39 km SSW of Tabaco City, Albay (13.0N 123.5E).  Its rain bands together with its Trough will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with a scattering of light to moderate or to at times heavy rains and thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, MIMAROPA, NORTHERN, WESTERN & EASTERN VISAYAS.

Meanwhile, the surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with passing light to at times moderate rain showers and thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON & EASTERN LUZON. The seas in the aforesaid areas will be moderate to rough, and is deemed treacherous for small to medium sea vessels to navigate on.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have cloud cover overall with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
