The warm Easterlies (Easterly Trade Winds) are blowing across the Northernmost regions of Luzon including Extreme Northern Luzon bringing occasionally light to at times moderate rains and thunderstorms and some cloud cover in the area.

The rest of the Philippines will have bright and sunny conditions with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms particularly in the afternoon or late evening hours.
