SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW has started to weaken but will continue to bring partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with occasionally light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms acrosss the WESTERN SECTIONS OF LUZON and MIMAROPA.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
