WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm September 30 until 12pm October 01, 2017

A SURFACE TROUGH is affecting EASTERN, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, AND MIMAROPA.  These areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) conditions with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, a WIND CONVERGENCE is affecting the BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, where mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected.

THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
