WEAK LPA and its TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over VISAYAS, BICOL REGION, SOUTHERN LUZON, and MIMAROPA.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
