As of 10:00 AM today, TROPICAL DEPRESSION 19W (KIKO) was located 280 km east-northeast of Palanan, Isabela (17.8 N 124.9 E). It is expected to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with heavy to extreme rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON, CAGAYAN VALLEY, CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION, ILOCOS REGION, and NORTHERN SECTIONS OF AURORA.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
