It is expected to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate rain showers and thunderstorms over CAGAYAN, ISABELA, QUIRINO, AURORA, BULACAN, RIZAL, QUEZON, BICOL REGION, and EASTERN VISAYAS.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
