The first prevalence of the NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY WIND) will bring some cooler-than-expected mid-week with some isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms along the Eastern side of LUZON, BICOL REGION and NORTHERN VISAYAS.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms especially in during the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
