MONSOON TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over NORTHERN SECTIONS OF PALAWAN, WESTERN and CENTRAL VISAYAS, SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF LEYTE PROVINCE, DINAGAT ISLANDS, and SURIGAO DEL NORTE.

NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY WINDFLOW) will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, EASTERN and SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF LUZON, and NORTHERN SECTIONS OF BICOL REGION.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
