NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY WINDFLOW) will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, and EASTERN SECTIONS OF LUZON, and NORTHERN and CENTRAL SECTIONS OF BICOL REGION.

SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF BICOL REGION, and NORTHERN SAMAR.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
