WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm October 17 until 12pm October 18, 2017

TROPICAL STORM LAN (PAOLO) was last seen near 870 km ESE of SORSOGON CITY (11.1 N 131.7 E) together with a MONSOON TROUGH and another TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 94W near 174 km W of BUSUANGA, PALAWAN (12.0 N 118.3 E) will bring wet and windy weather across MIMAROPA, BICOL, VISAYAS and MINDANAO including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG) where widespread moderate to at times heavy rains and thunderstorms can be expected throughout the day.  Meantime, the WESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW prevails across WESTERN part of MINDANAO, SOUTHERN PALAWAN including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). The seas will be rough to very rough and is deemed dangerous for medium to heavy sea vessels to navigate on.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have cloud cover overall with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
