WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm October 16 until 12pm October 17, 2017

The combined effects of WEAK LPA, MONSOON TROUGH, and WESTERLY WINDFLOW will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, WESTERN and CENTRAL VISAYAS, LEYTE PROVINCE, and WESTERN and NORTHERN SECTIONS OF MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
