The EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADE WINDS) is blowing across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON bringing some cloud cover and at times light to moderate passing rains and thunderstorms in the mentioned area. The seas will be moderate to rough and is deemed dangerous for small to medium sea vessels to navigate on.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have some cloud cover with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
