NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN and NORTHERN LUZON. Fresh to strong breeze of 35 to 45 kph with significant wave heights of 3.0 to 4.0 m (Rough to Very Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky to both small-sized and medium-sized sea vessels.
TROUGH OF WEAK LPA will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over METRO MANILA, CALABARZON, BULACAN, PAMPANGA, BATAAN, SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF ZAMBALES, NORTHERN SECTIONS OF MINDORO, and MARINDUQUE.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
