WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm November 30 until 12pm December 01, 2019

NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) is prevailing across the country, bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, cooler conditions with passing light to at times moderate rain showers and possible thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, NORTHERN LUZON, CENTRAL & EASTERN LUZON, METROPOLITAN MANILA, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG), VISAYAS & NORTHERN MINDANAO. Winds will be fresh to gale-force of 35 to 70 kph, making the seas moderate to rough/high seas (2 to 5.5 meters) and is treacherous for all types of sea vessels to navigate on.

As of 11:00 AM today, Typhoon KAMMURI has moved very slowly off the East Philippine Sea. It was last seen near 1,229 km E of Virac, Catanduanes (13.4N 135.6E), with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center. It remains a real threat to the Bicol Region and Southern Luzon beginning on Monday, 02 December 2019. Take all necessary preparations ahead of this Typhoon.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
