NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN and NORTHERN LUZON. Strong breeze to near gale winds of 40 to 55 kph with significant wave heights of 4.0 to 5.5 m (Rough to Very Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky to both small-sized and medium-sized sea vessels.
NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY WINDFLOW) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EASTERN LUZON, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO and BICOL REGION.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
