NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY WINDFLOW) affecting QUEZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN VISAYAS, AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO – where partly to mostly cloudy conditions with passing light rain showers will be expected.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINDANAO including DAVAO REGION.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to mostly cloudy conditions with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
