WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm November 16 until 12pm November 17, 2017

As of 10:00 AM today, TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 90W was located in the vicinity of Mati City, Davao Oriental, about 105 km ESE of Davao City (7.0N 126.4E). Its RAINBANDS together with its TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to widespread light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across REST OF VISAYAS, MINDANAO, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND PALAWAN.

Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEAST WINDFLOW) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to occasionally light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, AND EASTERN VISAYAS.

REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will  have partly to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
