EASTERLIES will provide mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, and EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN VISAYAS, and NORTHEASTERN SECTIONS OF MINDANAO.

TROUGH OF WEAK LPA will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EASTERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
