A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH is affecting PALAWAN, SOUTHERN VISAYAS, NORTHERN and EASTERN MINDANAO bringing some cloudy periods with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms over the area.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have some cloud cover and the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms particularly in the afternoon or late evening hours.
