WIND CONVERGENCE continues to persist bringing partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening across BATANES & BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, NORTHERN LUZON, CENTRAL LUZON, WESTERN LUZON, including METROPOLITAN MANILA, CALABARZON & MINDORO.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to partly cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in places particularly in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
