Meanwhile, the SURFACE TROUGH continue to persist within the NORTHERN PART OF PHILIPPINE SEA and is expected to bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the sea area.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES stays fine and dry with some cloud cover and the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or late evening hours.
