The TROUGH of a passing COLD-CORE LOW over NORTHERN LUZON is bringing partly to mostly cloudy periods and some light scattering of rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, MiMaRoPa and NORTHERN VISAYAS.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly cloudy skies and the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
