A SURFACE TROUGH persists across MiMaRoPa, WESTERN VISAYAS, the SULU ARCHIPELAGO including WESTERN MINDANAO bringing partly to mostly cloudy periods and some light to at times moderate rain showers and thunderstorms in between.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly cloudy to overcast conditions and the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
