NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) and the TAIL-END of STATIONARY FRONT is bringing cool and blustery wind conditions, partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers across EXTREME NORTHERN AND NORTHERN LUZON, EASTERN LUZON, and BICOL REGION. The winds will be fresh breeze to Near-Gale (30 to 55 kph), with rough to very rough seas (2 to 4 meters) and is dangerous to all types of sea vessels to navigate on.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to overcast skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
