NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to at times light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN and NORTHERN LUZON. Fresh breeze to Strong breeze of 30 to 45 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
SURFACE THROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to at times light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN and SOUTHERN VISAYAS, and NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.
The rest of the country will experience clear to partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon and the evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
