EASTERLIES will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to moderate or at times heavy rain showers or thunderstorms across NORTHERN and EASTERN SECTIONS of LUZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN and CENTRAL VISAYAS, and NORTHERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or late evening hours.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
